Charm serves as the Director of the Wellness Arts Center, Inc. where she teaches and manages activities. In 2016 after a lifelong passion for health, she completed her certification in YTT Vinyasa, then in Chair yoga, Divine Sleep yoga Nidra through Kripalu Institute in Massachusetts. She holds certifications in Restorative and Yin Yoga. Charm has worked in banking and finance for non-profit organizations including TREHAB and The Community Foundation. In addition, she has worked at Giangrieco Law managing inner office matters and estate work. Charm holds an associate degree in Banking & Finance from Broome Community College. Charm previously served on the Community Foundation board from 2007-2012. She returned to that position in 2024.
