Acupressure Yoga uses soft rollers and balls to prepare muscles for a more comfortable workout with less risk of injury and post-exercise stiffness. This method improves flexibility, mobility, range of motion, posture, comfort and reduces aches & pains.
Therapeutic Yoga raises body awareness, relieves stress, and creates a personal belief in the body’s power of self-healing. This method improves functional range of
motion and continues strengthen your body after physical therapy ends. Therapeutic Yoga help individuals with arthritis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, and other degenerative conditions.
Talk to your instructor to address any physical/injury limitations you may have. They will modify practices to fit your needs.

New to Yoga?
At Wellness Arts Center, we want to provide you with the best yoga experience possible. A few things to consider for your best, comfortable practice:
- Talk to your instructor to address any physical/injury limitations you may have. They will modify practices to fit your needs.
- All equipment is provided and set up for you in an open, welcoming environment. Equipment includes yoga mat, blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, therapeutic balls, and bolsters.
- Wear comfortable clothing of your choice that allows freedom of movement.
- You are welcome to bring your water bottle for your practice.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and for a tour of your yoga space.
- Please leave your phone in the waiting area or in your car.
