Diverse yoga styles for everyone…

Charm offers a diverse variety of yoga classes, tailored to your individual needs and ability. Classes are held in the Carriage House, where you will be comforted with heated floors and beautiful views throughout your practice. Everything is provided to ensure your best experience.

Class schedule:

Weekdays & Saturdays: $15 per class or 4 classes for $50
Sundays: $20 per class

Tuesday

9:00 am – 10:00 am: Gentle Flow Yoga
10:30 am – 11:35 am: Gentle Yoga
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Gentle Introductory Yoga
6:30 pm – 7:35 pm: Gentle Yoga

Wednesday

Chair Yoga: “Get fit where you sit!”
10:30 am – 11:30 am

We will use yoga poses with the assistance of a chair to improve mobility, flexibility, balance and strength. This class will NOT require getting down on the floor, all poses will be either seated or standing. We will learn how to improve our breathing, posture, and balance while also increasing our strength.  Movement will take place in the chair and standing.

Thursday

9:00 am – 10:00 am: Gentle Flow Yoga
10:30 am – 11:30 am: Chair Yoga
5:00 pm – 6:10 pm: Vinyasa Flow Yoga
6:30 pm – 7:40 pm: Men’s Yoga

Saturday

8:30 am – 9:45 am: Vinyasa Flow Yoga
10:15 am – 11:15 am: Gentle Introductory Yoga

Sunday: $20 per class

7:00 pm: Restorative Yoga, Nidra Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Rotation of offerings on Sunday

New to Yoga?

At Wellness Arts Center, we want to provide you with the best yoga experience possible. A few things to consider for your best, comfortable practice:

  • Talk to your instructor to address any physical/injury limitations you may have. They will modify practices to fit your needs.
  • All equipment is provided and set up for you in an open, welcoming environment. Equipment includes yoga mat, blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, therapeutic balls, and bolsters.
  • Wear comfortable clothing of your choice that allows freedom of movement.
  • You are welcome to bring your water bottle for your practice.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and for a tour of your yoga space.
  • Please leave your phone in the waiting area or in your car.
  • We look forward to practicing with you!
