Autumn Awakening Day Retreat
Join Laura Kurilla, owner of Mystick Mermaid Mind-Body-Soul Sanctuary for her annual self-care autumn seasonal retreat on Sunday, October 18, 2026 from 10 am – 5 pm at the Wellness Arts Center’s Carriage House and Fieldstone Farm in Montrose, PA.
Celebrate the return of Fall through our deepening connection to the Earth, our bodies, and each other! Wellness Arts Center and Fieldstone Farm both serve as beautiful backdrops for your retreat experience.
S C H E D U L E
10:00 am meet at the Wellness Arts Center to carpool to Fieldstone Farm
10:15-10:20 arrive at Fieldstone Farm
– visit with the horses & farm animals
– hike & picnic lunch (you provide)
– fall nature offering mandala
12:15 pm departure back to the Wellness Arts Center
1:00 pm afternoon activities begin
– Fall Intention Setting
– Fall themed snack break
– Somatic Restorative Yoga
– Sound Bath Meditation
5:00 pm Departure
