Join Laura Kurilla, owner of Mystick Mermaid Mind-Body-Soul Sanctuary, for her annual self-care spring seasonal retreat on Sunday, April 19, 2026, in the Carriage Barn at Wellness Arts Center in Montrose, PA from noon–5:00 PM.

An afternoon retreat to refresh your Mind, Body, and Soul with the changing of the season. As we welcome the return of Spring and ignite our sacred fire within, a picnic lunch will be served upon arrival, followed by a workshop on intention setting with crystal grids. We will then discuss rituals for Spring wellness, take a snack break, and conclude the day with movement, meditation, and sound to ignite our sacral fires and prepare for the warmer days of action ahead.
