I started my daily meditation practice in 2015 to help manage stress and the results were life changing. I love to share my experiences to help others learn how to quiet our busy minds and relax. Since receiving my mindfulness and meditation teaching certification from the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (formerly Koru Mindfulness), I have taught students of diverse ages, from young adults to senior citizens. I believe that everyone can meditate once you understand how. I teach a variety of ways to meditate (one size does not fit all!) and how to find what works for you. I recently earned my Life Coach Certification from International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Certified Life Coach Institute. My passion is supporting women to discover and achieve their life goals to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. Please contact me if you want to explore what that means for you. As my dad always said: “Today is the first day of the rest of your life!”
