Learn practices to cultivate inner peace even if the world seems opposite of that right now. Stress plays a big part in our everyday lives. Mindfulness helps us not only recognize stress but also minimize our reactivity to that stress. Practicing meditation helps to strengthen our mindfulness muscle which, in turn, helps us manage stress. Anyone can learn to meditate once you understand how!
Join Wendy to learn key concepts of mindfulness and how to meditate to calm the mind and body. Students will learn a variety of ways to practice and find what works best for you! This interactive workshop will include time for practice and discussion.
