Living with Healthy Boundaries workshop empowers you to explore your fundamental thought process by not allowing challenges, both personal and global dictate your actions, responses and ultimate happiness.
Wellness Arts Center, 200 Lake Avenue in Montrose is pleased to offer two date choices of ‘Living with Healthy Boundaries’ on Saturday, May 31 from 10:00-11:30 am or Thursday, June 5, 6:30-8:00 pm in the Gallery Room of the Main House.
Do you have a hard time saying no? Are you a “people-pleaser?” Is it difficult for you to ask for what you need? Are you feeling burned out? Resentful? Well, you are not alone! If this sounds familiar, then this workshop is for you! We will explore the topic of boundaries: what they are and how to set healthy boundaries to help you find more peace.
This is an interactive workshop with activities including self-reflection journaling, a self-assessment quiz to see where you are at ‘right now’ and examples of how to set and maintain healthy boundaries. The activities will provide you with useful, usable tips to use in your own life, and help you identify areas for improvement. Class limit of 8.
