Back by popular demand! Stress plays a big part in our everyday lives. Mindfulness helps us not only recognize stress but also minimize our reactivity to that stress. Practicing meditation helps to strengthen our mindfulness muscle which, in turn, helps us manage stress. Anyone can learn to meditate once you understand how!

Join Wendy Neuberger on Wednesday, September 18 from 5:00-6:30 pm at Wellness Arts Center to learn key concepts of mindfulness and how to meditate to calm the mind and body. Students will learn a variety of ways to practice and find what works best for you! This interactive workshop will include time for practice and discussion.

“I believe that everyone can meditate once they understand how. I teach a variety of ways to meditate (one size does not fit all!) and how to find what works for you.” Wendy says.

Wendy received her mindfulness and meditation teaching certification from the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (formerly Koru Mindfulness) and most recently, her Life Coach Certification from International Coach Federation (ICF).
