FULL MOON WALKS
The monthly full moon is a significant astrological event that affects us physically, psychologically and metaphorically. It is a time of amplified celestial energy that can offer the fulfillment of wishes, goals and intentions.We celebrate the monthly full moons with quieting and awareness exercises, reflections of the month since the new moon, sharing, labyrinth walk, fire ceremony, and refreshments. 05/18/2019; 6/17; 7/16; 8/15; 9/14; 10/13; 11/12
 
Note: Due to inclement weather, the walk scheduled for 7/16 is postponed to 7/17 at 7 PM, weather permitting.
 
 
AUTUMN EQUINOX 
September 22, 6:30pm - At the Fall Equinox we honor the changing energies from Summer to Fall and what they mean for us physically and emotionally. Like other seasonal celebrations, visitors get to center in quiet and reflect on the past season and envision how they want to experience the coming season. They are invited into awareness exercises, movement, sharing, a labyrinth walk if weather permits and social time around refreshments.

LAVENDER FESTIVAL
 
Saturday,  July 13th  11AM - 4PM
This is a favorite public event and fundraiser when the lavender is in full bloom. Saturday, July 13, 11-4 we invite people to stop by and savor goodies made with culinary lavender. The lavender festival offers visitors homemade lavender goodies, from ice cream, cookies, to lemonade and specialty coffee as well as locally made dark chocolate lavender truffles. In addition there will be musicians, drumming and specially selected vendors of lavender products.
 
 
 
SUMMER SOLSTICE
Friday, June 21, 7:00pm - June 21 is the first day of Summer and we gather to enjoy the warm energy of this special day. We celebrate the Summer Solstice with joyful movement,  empowerment rituals, sharing and, most importantly, with a sacred labyrinth walk.

INTERGENERATIONAL YOGA - HONORING THE FATHER LINE
In honor of Father's Day, we're offering a gentle yoga experience and relaxation exercises for men related by bloodline. Saturday, June 15 at 11:00am we're inviting men to come and enjoy a time of bonding with easy yoga and relaxation exercises. No previous experience necessary. Gentle instruction, easy to follow, will be provided for men of any age.
 
INTERGENERATIONAL YOGA - HONORING THE MOTHER LINE
In honor of Mother's Day, we're offering a gentle yoga experience and relaxation exercises for women related by bloodline. Saturday, May 11at 11:00am we're inviting women to come and enjoy a time of bonding with easy yoga and relaxation exercises. No previous experience necessary. Gentle instruction, easy to follow, will be provided for women of any age.
 
THE POWER OF PILGRIMAGE - WORLD LABYRINTH DAY
MAY 1, 11AM - World Labyrinth Day is an international event that invites people to "walk as one" at 1:00pm. We also are offering a class at 11:00am on the significance of pilgrimage, well-known pilgrimage sites and the labyrinth as a pilgrimage experience.

SPRING EQUINOX
March 21, 6:00pm - We celebrate the return of Spring with centering exercises, setting intentions, music, sharing and labyrinth walk, weather permitting. We're celebrating the Spring Equinox and the Full Moon Together on March 21. This will be a powerful time for welcoming the fresh energy of Spring and setting visionary intentions for the rest of the year. The event will include movement, centering, visioning, sharing, labyrinth walk, weather permitting and refreshments.

JAZZ CONCERT

Presenting... Nancy Reed and Spencer Reed… a mainstay on the Pocono jazz scene for over 30 years! Their warm, relaxed vocal blend and unusual harmony gives a unique treatment to jazz standards as well as rarely heard tunes.

Saturday, February 16 at 4:00 p.m. Admission: $15 members & advance tickets $20 at the door

Jay Steveskey classical guitarist and teacher, returns to warm and energize us with Spanish and South American compositions. Sunday January 13th, 2019 at 3PM. In the Carriage House of the Self Discovery Wellness Arts Center in Montrose.
