Summer Solstice Open Labyrinth Walk

The world needs healing from each and everyone of us. A small group will be gathering at the Self Discovery Wellness Arts Center in Montrose to celebrate the Spring Equinox on Friday, March 20 at 6 pm. The buds are budding and the birds are singing all around us, like every Spring.
At 7 pm, we will form a circle filled with healing energy to embrace in love anyone and everyone and the world at large for the undoing of fear and the return to balance. If you wish to participate in person, especially if you are a Reiki practitioner, please RSVP at 570.278.9256.
You may join in sending healing from wherever you are, simply sitting, at 7 pm, breathing into your heart and intending to radiate thoughts of calm, seeing the world as healed, bathed in green light.

This is a favorite public event and fundraiser when the lavender is in full bloom. Saturday, July 13, 11-4 we invite people to stop by and savor goodies made with culinary lavender. The lavender festival offers visitors homemade lavender goodies, from ice cream, cookies, to lemonade and specialty coffee as well as locally made dark chocolate lavender truffles. In addition there will be musicians, drumming and specially selected vendors of lavender products.
In honor of Father's Day, we're offering a gentle yoga experience and relaxation exercises for men related by bloodline. Saturday, June 15 at 11:00am we're inviting men to come and enjoy a time of bonding with easy yoga and relaxation exercises. No previous experience necessary. Gentle instruction, easy to follow, will be provided for men of any age.
